Our patch monitoring system continually checks for available Operating system, Control panel patches and security updates.  Our experts closely monitor installation of the updates and when necessary, work within the customers window of downtime when server restarts are required .

24/7/365 Service monitoring is included in our Linux managed services, we monitor server availability and quickly respond to critical system down events.  We will monitor upto 3 business critical services as part of the managed service.

Control panel updates

Our Linux server management plan includes one hour of expert system administration time per server.  This time can be used for basic system administration and problem determination related activities.
