24x7 emergency support - two hour response guarantee.
 
All issues opened via the helpdesk will trigger an escalation process. We guarantee a response within two or four hours depending on your service plan, or we will refund a portion of your monthly subscription. More detail on our service level agreement can be found here.
 
Security hardening and initial audit.
 
When you sign up with our dedicated support plan, we will perform an initial security audit and recommendations for implementation.  Our security hardening and auditing process includes external scans, and internal recommendations including, PHP settings, firewall configuration, mod_security, suhosin, Nessus vulnerability report, Nitko scan, and much more.
 
Pro-active updates.
 
We are monitoring updates for many Linux distributions and control panels.  When we detect an update that needs to be applied to your system, we will notify you, test in our labs if necessary and schedule the appropriate time for implementation.
 
24x7 Server monitoring.
 
We will monitor your server(s) from multiple locations around the world. This allows us to always know the status of your machine, and respond quickly in the event of an outage.  Monitoring is available for any service or port you desire.  If you are unsure of what services or ports to monitor, we will provide a recommendation.
 
Monthly security audit.
 
Our monthly security audit is an automated monthly scan utilizing Nessus.  Any issues detected will be brought directly to your attention.  Depending on the severity and the nature of a vulnerability discovered, we will discuss with you the options available to resolve this issue, and implement the appropriate resolution.
 
Daily/Weekly log checks.
 
Our daily log check process utilizes the logwatch utility to gather an overview of all important log files for your system.  We review these log files on a daily or weekly basis, and escalate issues as necessary.
