Learn about our server monitoring services
Sign up and initial assessment
You sign up for our management services, and we will perform an initial assessment of your environment and make recommendations for implementation. The assessment includes both security scans and best practice recommendations.
On-going monitoring and maintenance
We will monitor your server(s) from multiple locations around the world. This allows us to always know the status of your machine, and respond quickly in the event of an outage.
Linux distribution and control panels updates will be applied to your system regularly. When updates are ready to be applied - we will notify you, test in our labs if necessary and schedule the appropriate time for implementation.
Our security audit is scheduled to run on a monthly basis. Any issues detected will be brought directly to your attention. Depending on the severity and the nature of a vulnerability discovered, we will discuss with you the options available to resolve this issue, and implement the appropriate resolution.
Additional requests and guidance
Each of our service plans include one hour of additional administrative time that can be used as required. This additional time allows you to make two - three requests (outside the scope of the managed service) per month with no additional charge.
